It's a delicious recipe of goat's leg flesh and bones, good to have in winter's. It's a good source of healing fats full of protein, mineral, & calcium. It is widely belived to be good, helps in recovering of illness also.

Ingredients Serving: 2
Goat legs 2 cut in peaces (each leg is cut into 4 peaces so there will be 8 peaces we will be having)
Salt to taste
Red chillie to taste
Vinegar few drops (not in teaspoons)
Soya sauce few drops (not in teaspoons)
Water 3 full steel glasses
Lemon for garnishing
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Green chillies for garnishing
Cumin 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1" stick
Cardamom 1-2 pods
Cloves 1-2
Instructions
Wash and soak paya in water for 25min atleast
After that drain that water and wash again,keep aside
These are the ingredients used for making paya as shown in picture
Now take pressure cooker place goat legs (paya) in it with 3full steel glass of water
Now cover the lid of cooker and cook on sim flame for atleast 20min as shown in picture
After keeping for sometime on flame, do not immediately open the lid for checking, wait for few minutes
Now open the lid it will look like this as shown in picture
This boiling content should also get dried up, as we are making dry paya's so there should be no water content left , for this on the gas flame, so that it gets dried faster, as shown in picture, it will take 5min to get dried
When it gets dried,check with a knife, is it soft/tender or not, as shown in picture
Now add cumin,cinnamon,cardamom and clove all together, Mix well as shown in picture
Now add red chillie powder as shown in picture
Now add salt as shown in picture
Now add soya sauce to it as shown in picture
Now add vinegar as shown in picture
Mix all well, it will look like this as shown in picture
Lastly off the gas flame, take out in a serving plate,garnish with lemon ring, green chillies & coriander ,serve hot as shown in picture
