Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi flour -200 g
  2. Jaggery powder- 100g
  3. Cardamom powder -2teaspoon
  4. Desicated coconut -equal of ragi flour
  5. Coconut oil or ghee -2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a 2tablespoon ghee in pan
  2. Pour the ragi flour, sauted well simmer it's aroma comes, off the stove
  3. Add coconut, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, a pinch of salt, mix well
  4. Now it's like a sand.now you cook idli pot 8 minutes
  5. Serve with grated coconut
