I will surely try this.
Take a big vessel and put the puttu powder in it.
Add salt and mix well.
Then sprinkle little water as per requirement and mix again.
Keep it aside covered for a few minutes...
In the meantime take a pressure cooker, add water in it and heat it.. for steaming purpose.... Do not use the whistle (weight).
Then take a puttu maker... There is a round ring with small holes in it which helps the puttu to steam....through those holes.
Add the freshly grated coconut first, then the grated carrots....Then add about 2 tbspns of puttu powder...
Repeat this again as a layer...till the top of the puttu-maker
Once it is full , close with the lid & keep it carefully on the pressure cooker....
Let the puttu cook on medium to high flame for about 5 to 6 minutes...
When it is cooked properly...with a heat resistant glove remove it from the top of the cooker
Push the corn puttu carefully with the help of a skewer or with the back of a wooden thin spatula...

Serve hot with the curry of your choice
Here I have served it with green moong dal curry also called Cherupayar curry in Kerala. Also I have served a ripe small banana and papadum.
