Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup of ragi flour
  2. 1 cup grated coconut
  3. water , and a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. pour a little bit of water in a flour and make it like a wet flour
  2. before that dry roast the flour for a minute
  3. water should be sprinkled on it
  4. don’t make it to a dough
  5. it should be like beach sand
  6. add a pinch of salt to it
  7. then take the puttu maker
  8. put some grated coconut into it
  9. then flour
  10. then some coconut
  11. close it
  12. when steam comes from hole at the top of puttu maker
  13. ur dish is ready
