Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 bowl
  2. Cooked noodles 1 bowl
  3. Sliced veggies of your choice
  4. Chopped veggies of your choice
  5. Boiled potatoes 2
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper half tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  9. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  10. 1 potato raw

Instructions

  1. Take a wok heat oil add the cooked noodles , salt and pepper ...cook well keep it aside
  2. Take a wok heat oil add all the veegies , salt , pepper , soYa sauce and well keep aside
  3. Take a wok heat oil add all the veggies saute well add salt and pepper add the cooked rice and cook well..keep it aside
  4. Take a bowl add boiled potatoes , salt , pepper , chaat masala , rice flour and mix well shape it tikki and keep aside
  5. Take a potatoe cut in wedges and refrigerate for 1 hour
  6. Take a wok heat oil and deep fry the potatoes and make french fries out of it and also fry the tikkis
  7. Place everything on a sizzler plate spread some woostershine sauce to it and serve hot ....
