ABOUT Indo-Italian Burger with Mustard sauce RECIPE

2 Americano Italian(oregano flavoured) Burger buns
For the patty or tikki
1 carrot grated
2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
2 tablespoons boiled green peas
2 green chillies chopped
2 tablespoons spring onion greens chopped
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 cup Refined flour (maida)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup oil for deep frying
For serving/assembling
1 onion sliced
1 toamto sliced
1 cucumber thinly sliced
2 cheese slices
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4th teaspoon salt or to taste
2 teaspoon ready made funfoods eggless mayonnaise
1 teaspoon funfoods mustard sauce
Instructions
First of all gather all the ingredients
Take a big plate and add mashed potatoes, green peas, green chillies, coriander leaves, spring onion greens, half of maida, dry powdered spices and salt and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty.
Make a thick batter by mixing rest of the refined flour and water.
Dip each patty in the batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown.
Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
For assembling Cut oregano flavoured burger buns into half (horizontally).
Apply funfoods readymade eggless mayonnaise generously on the lower half of the bun and top with slices of onion, tomato and cucumber.
Lay the aaloo patty and drizzle funfoods mustard sauce
Sprinkle oregano, black pepper powder, salt to taste.
Finally cover with cheese slice and the top half of the burger bun.
Now heat it for a minute in microwave so that the cheese melts.
Serve hot immediately with ketchup.
