A delicious soya keema stuffed paratha. Rich in taste and proteins. A perfect delight for vegetarians. Spicy and delicious. Can have with any tomatoe based curry or curd or raita. Kids will enjoy every bite of it just like mine.

Ingredients Serving: 4
3 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
lukewarm water to mix the dough
1 tsp oil
for the stuffing:
1 cup soya chunks
sufficient hot water to soak the soya chunks
1 large onion
One teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
half teaspoon garam masala powder
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
quarter teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon dry mango powder
2 Chopped Green chillies
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tbsp Oil
Oil / ghee for frying parathas
Instructions
add salt and lukewarm water into the wheat flour and make a semi soft dough for the paratha
cover and keep for 15 to 20 minutes
immerse the soya chunks in the hot water with some salt and cover and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.remove and drain
squeeze and add to a mixie jar grind coarsely
heat oil in a saucepan at the finely chopped onions and saute till transparent
and the ginger garlic paste and finely chopped green chillies and saute further
and the red chilli powder and garam masala powder
Saute and cook for 2 minutes
now add this onion masala to the coarsely ground soya
are the remaining spices and the chopped coriander and mix the mixture
leave aside
make large lemon sized balls of the wheat flour dough
take a ball flatten it and make it like a cup by pressing the sides and keeping it thick in the middle
now add 2 tablespoons or a little more of the Soya stuffing
keep pressing the stuffing in the middle and join the sides by binding all corners together like a momo
pinch and remove any excess dough from the top
now flatten this stuffed ball on a plate of wheat flour and dust it with wheat flour on both the sides and start rolling to a thick paratha
Rolled paratha
heat a tawa and add this paratha to a heated tawa
dry roast on both sides till brown spots appear
now smear ghee or oil as per your wish and Roast and cook further on both sides
paratha is ready to serve
enjoy this paratha with any tomato mutter curry , raita ,plain curd or any pickles
