Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mini soya granules 200 gram
  2. onions 2
  3. tomatoes 2
  4. Tomato puree 4 tablespoons
  5. Tomato catch-up 2 teaspoons
  6. ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  7. green peas 1/2 cup
  8. capsicum 1 piece
  9. paneer 1/2 cup
  10. green chillies 2
  11. oil 2 tablespoons
  12. Salt 1 teaspoon
  13. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Kitchen king masala 2 teaspoon
  15. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Roast soya granules adding little oil
  2. Soak on water
  3. Put a vok on heat, add the oil and chopped onions
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies, tomato puree, and ginger garlic paste
  5. Add all the spices
  6. Add chopped capsicum
  7. Add tomato catchup and fry well all the ingredients
  8. Add soaked soya granules, boiled peas and paneer
  9. Mix well and stir fry for 5 minutes at slow flame
  10. Now ready to serve with rumali roti
