Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Palak 2cup washed
  3. Ginger 1/2inch
  4. Garlic 3-4
  5. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  6. Green chillies 2-3
  7. Oil to deep fry the kachori

Instructions

  1. WASH SPINACH 2-3TIME
  2. PUT WASHED SPINACH IN A MIXER AND ADD GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER LEAVES AND GARLIC
  3. ADD HALF CUP OF WATER TO GET A SMOOTH PASTE CONSISTENCY
  4. MIX 1/2TSP OF SALT
  5. TAKE 2 CUP OF WHEAT FLOUR
  6. ADD THE SPINACH PASTE IN SMALL QUANTITY ( DO NOT POUR ALL IN A ONE)
  7. MAKE DOUGH BY MIXING THE WHEAT FLOUR AND SPINACH PASTE...ADD WATER AS PER REQUIREMENT
  8. DIVIDE IT IN LEMON SIZE BALL
  9. GIVE IT A SHAPE BY PRESSING IT
  10. NOW MAKE IT IN THE SIZE OF PURI...SIZE SHOULD NOT BE BIG AS CHAPATI
  11. HEAT OIL IN PAN TO DEEP FRY
  12. SLOWLY FROM ONE SIDE SLIDE THE KACHORI ONE AT A TIME
  13. PRESS ONE SIDE SWIFTLY AND TURN IT WHEN ONE SIDE OF KACHORI BECOME GOLDEN
  14. AGAIN TURN IT AND WHEN ITS DONE TAKE OUT FROM THE PAN CAREFULLY
  15. PALAK KACHORI IS READY
  16. ENJOY IT WITH ALOO TAMATAR SABJI
