Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Blanched spinach paste -1/2 cup
  2. Coarsely Ground Blanched peas - 1.5 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Dry mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garm Masala -1/2 tsp
  6. Red chili powder - 1/2 -1 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
  8. Hing- A pinch
  9. Fennel seeds Powder -1 tsp
  10. Carom seeds -1 tsp
  11. Oil -4 tbsp + Oil for frying
  12. Maida -1.5 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add flour, spinach paste, Salt,carom seeds and 3 tbsp oil. Knead a soft dough, rest dough for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds and hing
  3. Add peas and spices.Mix well for 5 minutes and then switch off. Allow to cool
  4. Divide dough into equal portions, Shape them like tikkis. Add stuffing at center and seal completely
  5. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown. Serve hot
