Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Matar- 2- cup
  2. Green chillies paste- 3- tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste- 2- tsp
  4. Turmeric powder- 1- tsp
  5. Cumin seeds- 1- tsp
  6. Salt - 3- tsp
  7. Cumin coriander powder- 2- tsp
  8. Lemon juice- 1- tsp
  9. Sugar- 1- tsp
  10. Wheat flour- 2- cup
  11. Oil- 2- null

Instructions

  1. Take a container add wheat flour ,salt-1tsp, oil mix it well add water by adding as required make a soft dough apply oil on it keep it 15min.
  2. Next step take a pan add 1tsp-oil heat it add Cumin seeds, green chilli paste ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green peas, boiled potatoes fry it well & smash it well add Cumin coriander powder,2tsp salt, lemon juice, sugar mix it well. Cool it down.
  3. Next step take a dough make a small pieces & make a peda fill a staffing & cover it.
  4. Next step take a pan add oil heat it add staffed Kachori fry it well upto brown.Serve it hot.
