Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup boiled green peas
  2. 3 green chillies
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 5-6 spoon coriander chopped
  5. 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1tsp chat masala powder
  8. 1/2tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1/2tsp Jeera
  10. 3-4 garlic cloves
  11. 1 &1/2 cup maida
  12. 2tsp wheat flour
  13. 1/4tsp baking soda
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For dough
  2. 1. Mix Maida, atta, baking soda, salt 2tsp oil & water make a soft dough & let it rest for 20min
  3. For Filling
  4. 1.Grind boil peas, chillies & garlic..
  5. 2. In a pan add 2tsp oil add mustard seeds, jeera wen they start crackling add peas paste, cook for 2-3 min then add all dry masala & salt as per ur taste. Turn off the flame & let the mixture cool down.
  6. 3. After 20min take dough divide it into equal balls.
  7. 4. Make small size puri, fill the mixture in the centre & on the edge apply water & make small potli & den give round shape

  12. 5. In a pan heat oil for frying..
  13. 6. As oil gets hot fry kachoris on medium flame.
  14. 7. Serve hot.
