ABOUT Basa Sweet Chilli Saute RECIPE

A very healthy and Palatable starter,a mix of salt red sweet chilli sauce from exotic foods gently added to saute Basa in olive oil Healthy and tangy starter for any meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Pieces Frozen Basa chunks
  2. 1 big tomato grated
  3. 1 tblsn ginger garlic
  4. 3 pieces fresh Red chilli pieces
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 2 tblspn Olive Oil
  8. 1 tbspn sweet chilli sauce
  9. Some cabbage leaves

Instructions

  1. 3 FROZEN BASA CHUNKS,SWEET CHILLYSAUCE,1 BIG TOMATO GRATED,2TBLSPN OLIVE OIL,KEEP READY
  2. HEAT A TBLSPN OIL START SAUTE THE BASA CHUNKS,AND RED CHILLI FRESH, FOR FLAVOUR,ADD OIL IF REQUIRED
  3. STIR FRY BASA TILL PINKISH
  4. REMOVE THE SAUTE FISH IN PLATE NOW
  5. IN SAME PAN STIR FRY 2 MORE RED CHILLIES
  6. CLEAR PAN ADD 1TBLSPN OIL AND ADD 1TSPN GINGERGARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD THE TOMATO PUREE GRATED INTO THE PAN SAUTE
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE,1TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. AS THE WATER DRYS UP ADD THE SWEET CHILLI SAUCE AS PER TASTE ,I ADDED ABT 1TBLSPN
  10. MIX WELL AND TO MAKE GRAVY ADD SOME WATER SIMMER 3-4 MINUTES AND REMOVE IN A BOWL
  11. TO SERVE KEEP A CABBAGE LEAF AND ARRANGE THE SAUTE FISH PIECES WITH RED CHILLIES SAUTE
  12. NOW POUR THE SWEET CHILLI GRAVY ON THE FISH
