Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Kashmiri red chilli 250 gram
  2. Vinegar 2 tbs
  3. Water 3 cup
  4. Salt 1/2 tbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add water for boiling
  2. When water gets start boiling add kashmiri red chilli and kept it on boiling.
  3. After 7 minute turn off the flame make sure that all the red chillies are cook completely
  4. Let it cool down
  5. Now in a mixter grinder grind this chillies and make its fine paste
  6. Add a salt and vinegar
  7. Your chilli sauce is ready
