ABOUT HONEY CHILLI SAUCE RECIPE

A versatile sauce with which Chinese cuisine is so easy to prepare. Use it for honey chilli potatoes. Or prepare a curry with honey chilli sauce, ketchup and water in stir fried vegetables to combine with fried rice or crisp fried noodles. To top the crown it's very very quick recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Minced garlic 3 tesp
  2. Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  3. Dabur Honey 1/3 cup
  4. Vinegar 1/4 cup
  5. Salt 2 tesp
  6. Water 3/4 cup
  7. CORN FLOUR 1 TBSP

Instructions

  1. Get ready with all ingredients.
  2. Heat a wok. Add all ingredients except corn flour.
  3. Give a boil.
  4. Cook on medium flame for a minute. Stirring constantly.
  5. Dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp water and add to wok.
  6. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Off the flame.
  7. Cool down and fill in clean jar.
  8. Stays good for 10-12 days in refrigerator.
