Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For frying paneer
  2. Paneer 50 gm
  3. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  4. For gravy
  5. Sliced onion 1
  6. Sliced capsicum 1/2
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Chopped Green chilly 2 -3
  9. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  10. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  11. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Honey 2 tbsp
  13. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  16. Oil 4 tbsp
  17. Water 2 cup
  18. Sesame seed 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Keep paneer into water for 10 minutes.
  2. Now strain and cut into pieces.
  3. Coat each paneer piece with cornflour.
  4. Heat 4 tbsp oil in nonstick pan and fry till golden.
  5. Takeout on plate. And keep aside.
  6. Now transfer oil in the kadai and add onion and saute until brown.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste, capcicum and 1/4 cup water and cook until soft.
  8. Add green chilly, chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and honey and cook for few minutes.
  9. Now take 2 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 cup water , mix well and add in.
  10. Add 1 1/2 cup water and Cook for 10 minutes or until thicken.
  11. Now sprinkle red chilli flakes and cook for few seconds.
  12. Add fried paneer pieces and cook for few minutes on low flame with covered lid. (if you want you can add little water too,i din need at this step)
  13. Sprinkle some Sesame seed and serve with roti or zeera rice.
