ABOUT Basa Fish Cutlets RECIPE

Soft clean boneless Basa with potato and corn flour is healthy and filling .Shallow fry deep fry options are there as we usr boil fish and boil potato both are already cooked.A tasty snack cum healthy starter and if you used in bread slices a great cutlet sandwich too.Try its Wow !:thumbsup:

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 pieces cut into 4 Basa boneless
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
  6. 1/4tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspn garam masala
  8. 1/4 1tspn corriander powder
  9. 1 tblspn corn flour
  10. Some corriandrr chopped
  11. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. add a tspn of ginger garlic paste to basa strips boil with little salt and turmeric powder
  2. Take all ingredients together to use now
  3. Add corn flour on the mixed fish potato mash
  4. Mix well
  5. Start making small cutlet portions of the mash and apply some bread crumbs
  6. Heat 3-4 tblspn oil in a pan
  7. Start shallow frying on medium heat for 30 seconds each
  8. Drain on a tissue and remove in foil
  9. Plate it now to serve to guests or family
