ABOUT Buttery Chilli Sweet Corn RECIPE

Delicious mouthwatering stir fried corn is loved by everyone. Use of canned corn kernels is a much quicker version of doing this. The best part is that these are available at practically any time of the year. A 4 ingredient magic is all one can say in short. Happy Frying !!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet corn kernels canned 400 gm
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  4. Butter 3 tbsp + 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a wide non stick pan, heat butter and oil both.
  2. Add the chilli powder and salt both.
  3. Now add the drained sweet corn kernels to it.
  4. Mix well and keep stirring it.
  5. Keep the flame on medium high
  6. Keep stirring it until a little crispy and use of non stick pan makes the job much easier. Otherwise it tends to stick to the base.
  7. It will be done in about 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Serve it right away while it's piping hot.
