ABOUT Buttery Chilli Corn RECIPE

This is one of my favourite rainy foods!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn cob (raw bhutta) 2 whole
  2. Yellow butter 2 tbsp
  3. Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  4. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  5. Oregano flakes 2 pinch
  6. 1 whole lemon

Instructions

  1. First take the cob corn and cut it into 2 pieces.
  2. Take a pressure cooker, put water in it and put the cobs in it.
  3. Wait for 2 to 3 whistles.
  4. Now in the mean time make a masala.
  5. Mix all the dry masalas i.e chat masala,chili flakes, oregano flakes and keep them aside.
  6. Now take the corn cob, rub butter on it, equally on all sides.
  7. Now take a lemon cut it into half and rub the masala on the corn cobs.
  8. Coat more butter in the last to make it more flavorful.
  9. Enjoy your rainy food!
