Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer -250 gm
  2. Fresh peas - 1 cup
  3. Green Chilli -2-3
  4. Tomato paste -2 Medium
  5. Chopped onion -2 Medium
  6. Grated ginger-garlic -1 tbs
  7. Chopped Coriander leaves
  8. Bayleaf-2
  9. Black cardamom -1
  10. Green Cardamom -1
  11. Cumin -1/4 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  13. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  14. Kitchen king masala -1.5 tsp
  15. Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tsp
  18. Oil -1/4 cup
  19. Water as required

Instructions

  1. OIL 1/4 CUP
  2. ADD 2 BAYLEAF,1 BLACK AND 1GREEN CARDAMOM,1/4 TSP CUMIN
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. 1 TBS OF GRATED GINGER-GARLIC
  5. 2-3 GREEN CHILLIES
  6. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  7. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  8. 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  9. 1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. 1.5 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA
  11. 1/4 CUP OF WATER
  12. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  13. 2 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATO PASTE
  14. STIR FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME
  15. 1 CUP FRESH GREEN PEAS
  16. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  17. 1/2 CUP OF WATER(ACCORDING TO YOUR CONSISTENCY)
  18. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  19. SALT TO TASTE
  20. PRESSURE COOK UPTO 1 WHISTLE ON LOW HEAT
  21. ADD PANEER CUBES
  22. SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES
  23. SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  24. MIX
