Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200gm paneer
  2. 1/2 cup matar
  3. 1 onion
  4. 5-6 garlic cloves
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 1 tbs roasted besan
  7. 4 tomatoes
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. 2 tbs butter
  10. 1 tbs coriander powder
  11. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  14. 2 tbs Fresh cream
  15. 1 tbs coriander leaves
  16. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  17. 1/2 tsp jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add 2 tbs butter in it, now add 1 roughly chopped onion, ginger, garlic,green chillies saute them till onion become pink in colo
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, cook till it become little mashy
  3. Let it cool the mixture, then grind it to a fine paste, heat kadai and pour this mixture into it
  4. Now Add 2 tbs roasted, turmeric powder, jeera powder, mix it well, add 1/2 cup water, bring it to boil a boil
  5. Now add 1/2 cup matar, cook it till it become soft.
  6. Now add cubes of paneer, mix well, cook it for a min.
  7. Now sprinkle roasted kasuri methi, and garam masala. Mix well
  8. Garnish mater paneer with fresh cream, serve hot with chapati.
