  1. Boiled and chopped potato 3-4
  2. Chopped fenugreek / Methi leaves 2 cups
  3. crushed garlic one teaspoon
  4. Oil 1 tablespoon
  5. mustard seeds half teaspoon
  6. Jeera half teaspoon
  7. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  8. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. BOILED AND CHOPPED POTATOES 3, METHI LEAVES CHOPPED 2 CUPS AND 1 TEASPOON OF CRUSHED GARLIC
  2. ALL REGULAR SPICES, MUSTARD SEEDS JEERA, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER
  3. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL AND CRACKLE 1/2TEASPOON OF MUSTARD SEEDS,1/2 TO SPOON OF JEERA, 1 TEASPOON GARLIC, ADD 1/2TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER 1 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER AND LITTLE CORIANDER POWDER AND IMMEDIATELY ADD POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  5. NOW ADD CHOPPED METHI/ FENUGREEK LEAVES
  6. MIX WELL AND COOK UNCOVERED FOR NEXT 5 MINUTES AND FLAVOURFUL AALU METHI IS READY
  7. FLAVOURFUL AROMATIC TASTY ALOO METHI IS READY TO SERVE, ENJOY ENDLESSLY WITH PHULKA
