Its green fenugreek leaves with lots of Vitamins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch methi
  2. 4 potatoes
  3. 1 tbs chopped ginger
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  6. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop methi leaves
  2. Cut potatoes in cubes.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. Add potatoes and stir fry them.
  5. Now add ginger
  6. Add chopped methi leaves.
  7. Stir well .
  8. Add salt and green chilli.
  9. Cover 10 minutes.
  10. Open and stir well.
  11. When it becomes dry.
  12. Serve with hot chapati or makki ki roti.
