Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Aloo 1/2 kg
  2. Little Menthi leaves one cup
  3. Salt one spoon
  4. Turmeric half spoon
  5. Salt one spoon
  6. Red chilli powder one spoon
  7. Onion chopped one cup
  8. Tomato chopped one cup
  9. Garam masala hf spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut onions ,green chillies, tomatoes
  2. Put a pan on the stove heat oil add cumin seeds chopped onions, salt, green chillies
  3. Add chopped tomatoes mix ,cook this raw flavour is gone,
  4. Add redchilly powder, turmeric,salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder mix well
  5. Add methi leaves,cook this well
  6. Add boiled and cut them into small pieces, mix well then 5 minutes dry curry ready
  7. Then you want gravy curry add some water give one boil methi also curry is ready
  8. Sour taste want means add lime juice,. Serve this with roti naan phulkaas,and rice
