  1. Washed and chopped spring onion 1 bunch
  2. Chana dal flour / besan 1-2 tablespoons
  3. Oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1 teas
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ONE BUNCH CHOPPED SPRING ONION AND REGULAR SPICES AS PER TASTE
  2. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL ADD1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND ADD CHOPPED SPRING O
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  4. MIX WELL AND COOK COVERED FOR NEXT 5 MINUTES
  5. NOW ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF CHANA DAL FLOUR AND MIX WELL
  6. COOK COVERED FOR NEXT 5 MINUTES AND JHUNKA READY
  7. YUMMY AND HEALTHY JHUNKA IS READY TO SERVE WITH SOFT PHULKAS
