Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  2. Onion -1
  3. Tomato-1
  4. Green chillie-2
  5. Coreander leaves - handful
  6. Paneer - 8 cubes
  7. Green Peas - quarter cup
  8. Capsicum - few dices.
  9. Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  11. Butter - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT UP A PAN AND 2 TBSP OIL. LET 2 TSP OF CUMIN SEEDS TO SPLUTTER.
  2. ADD IN 1 ROUGHLY CHOPPED ONION, 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1 TOMATO, 2 GREEN CHILLIE, COREANDERS.
  3. SAUTE THE PANEER, GREEN PEAS, CAPSICUM WITH LITTLE SALT, 1 TSP TURMERIC AND 1 TBSP CHILLI POWDER.
  4. CLOSE WITH LID AND LET COOK FOR 2 MINS.
  5. AFTER ONION MIXTURE IS WELL SEASONED, GRIND THEM TO FINE PASTE. ADD THEM TO THE PAN, COOK TILL THICK
  6. ADD THE PANEER PORTION INTO THE THICK PASTE, POUR QUARTER CUP WATER. LET IT COOK FOR 8 MINS.
  7. ADD IN A TSP OF GARAM MASALA, A TSP BUTTER AND SWITCH OFF.
  8. GARNISH WITH FRESH COREANDER LEAVES AND TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL.
  9. THIS DISH IS SO YUMMY TO LICK N EAT WITH HOT CHAPATHIS:grinning:
