Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chaap - 500 gms
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste as per taste
  3. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cooking oil - 1 tsp
  7. Jeera - 1 tsp
  8. Cashew nuts 5 to 6
  9. Besan - 1 tsp
  10. Mint leaves a few
  11. Coriander leaves a few
  12. Green chillies as per taste
  13. Hung curd - 2 tsp
  14. Garam Masala as per taste
  15. Mustard oil - 1 tsp
  16. Cream 2 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Kasuri methi a few leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add chopped soya chaap. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, lemon juice and mix it well. Keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil jeera and cashew nut and cook for a minute. Add besan and cook for another one minute. Turn off the flame.
  3. Take a mixi jar, add mint, coriander leaves, green chillies, hung curd and the cooked besan mixture. Grind it and make a smooth paste.
  4. Transfer this mixture into a bowl add chaap, cream, salt, mustard oil, garam masala, kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Keep aside for one hour and cook in air fryer or OTG or a tandoor, which ever is available.
