Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 g Soya chaap
  2. 1cup cream
  3. 1cup yogurt/curd
  4. 1tbs ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2cup kajju ,magaj paste
  6. 2tbs corriender ,green chili paste
  7. 1 tbs lemon juice
  8. 1tas chaat masala
  9. 1/2 ts garam masala
  10. 1/2ts black pepper
  11. 2ts oil
  12. 2ts butter
  13. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the stick from the chaap nd cut into pieces
  2. Transfer all ingredients expect oil,nd butter in a bowl
  3. Transfer chaap pieces into the bowl.mix it well.leave it for 30to 40 min.
  4. Heat a pan take oil nd butter to it.place cheep pieces one by one nd fry them till they become golden.transfer it in the bowl
  5. In the same pan transfer all remaining merinad nd cook for a few min.
  6. Mix tha chaap pieces into the same pan nd mix it well cook for 1 min.
  7. Garnish with corriender
