wash chaap properly, cut and boil it with salt.
put all the ingredients in a bowl along with chaap..
mix it well, the marination is ready..!
refrigerate it for 2 hours
cook it on Non stick pan or halogen cook, whatever available.
wait till it gets brown
prepare gravy with cream, curd, ginger garlic paste, chilly flicks,
you can add ( sautéed onions and capsicum) if u want
serve the cooked chaap with dressed white gravy with some chaat masala, corriender leaves and lemon.
