Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chaap 6 pieces
  2. Milk 1 1/2 glass
  3. Onion 4
  4. Tomato 4
  5. Ginger 1 inch
  6. Garlic 6 cloves
  7. Oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Cream 4 tablespoon
  9. Ketchup 2 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Deghi mirch 1/2 tablespoon
  12. Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  13. Kitchen king 1 tablespoon
  14. Chaap masala 1 tablespoon
  15. Hing 2 pinch
  16. Kasturi methi 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In besan add salt, water and make a smooth paste.
  2. Dip chaap piece in it one by one and deep fry it.
  3. Put onion, tomato, ginger, garlic in a blender and make a paste.
  4. In cooker put oil then add paste and mix it till it leaves oil.
  5. Add all spices masala and mix it. Add cream and ketchup and mix.
  6. Now add chaap and mix it.
  7. Add milk and mix. Put the cooker lid and wait for five whistles.
  8. Lastly add kasturi methi.
  9. The masala chaap is ready.
