Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup coriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  3. 3 - 4 garlic clove
  4. 2 green chili
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. 2 tbsp gram flour
  10. 250gm baby potatoes ( boiled)
  11. 1 big onion cubed
  12. 1 capsicum cubed

Instructions

  1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic cloves, green chili, ginger, lemon juice to smooth paste
  2. Add gram flour, salt, roasted cumin powder to paste and mix well
  3. Peel the boiled baby potatoes .
  4. Now coat the baby potatoes, onions, capsicum with the coriander mint paste.
  5. Place the vegetables in skewers .
  6. Grill it in a preheated oven at 180°c.
  7. Keep rotating the skewers in between till it gets slight black edges.
  8. Serve hot.
