Hariyali Chicken Tikka Ingredients:
1.Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
2.Thick Yougart - 2tbsp
Mustard Oil - 1tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cups
Mint leaves - 10nos
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chili paste - 1tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Butter For Brushing
Chicken Afgani Tikka:
Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
Hung yougurt -2tbsp
Fresh Cream -1tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Green Chili Paste - 1tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Cornflour -1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Mustard Oil - 1tbsp
Butter For Brushing
Chicken Tikka :
Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
Red Chili Powder - 1tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Cumin Pawder - 1tsp
Hung Yougurt - 2tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1tdp
Musturd Oil - 1tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Gram Flour - 1tbsp
Instructions
Chicken Hariyali Tikka Method -
Mix all ingredients together & make a smooth paste. Next add the chicken pieces & marinate well . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Chicken Afgani Tikka Method :
In a bowl add all the ingredients & then add the chicken pieces . Mix them well & give a good marination . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Chicken Tikka Method :
1st Put the tawa on oven add 1tbsp white oil for temparimg next add ajaib & gram flour stir about 1min then keep aside.
In a bowl add all the ingredients & then add chicken pieces . Mix them well . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
After 2 hours now arrange all the marinated chicken into the skwer & apply little extra marinating masala .
Then take a grill tawa ,add butter , spread it.
Then Add chicken skwer.
Cook on high flame for 2mins.
After 2mins on one side , we'll flip it over.
Simmer the flame & cover ut with a lid & cook for 5mins.
After 5mins open the lid & cook it an high flame .
Cook out until you get nice grill marks .
Then serve 3 colours tikka with green chatni & onion.
