Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2-3
  2. Oil 2 tsp
  3. Sliced green chillies 2
  4. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Roasted crushed peanuts 2 tbsp
  9. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Freshly grated coconut ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting thin slices of the potatoes, then cut them into very thin strips or you can also grate the potato.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil, cumin seeds, allow them to crackle then add strips of potatoes, green chillies and salt. Stir it well.
  3. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame for 10 -15 mins. Keep stirring after 4-5 mins.
  4. When the potato strips are soft and tender, add chilly powder, amchoor, peanuts, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well together.
  5. Serve it as a side dish or as an appetizer.
