Its named khazana meaning treasure..yes this gravy is a treasure of vegetables. vegggies are cooked and added to green gravy. It is a perfect side dish for chapathi,paratha or pulao varieties.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beans-1/4 cup
  2. Carrot -1/4 cup
  3. Cauliflower-1/4 cup
  4. Potato-1/4 cup
  5. Capsicum-1/4 cup
  6. Green peas -1/4 cup
  7. Onion -1/4 cup
  8. Mint leaves -1/2 cup
  9. Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
  10. Palak -1/2 cup
  11. Green Chilli-4
  12. Garlic -4 cloves
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
  15. Garam masala -1 teaspoon
  16. Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
  17. Butter -2 tablespoon
  18. Jeera -1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chopped beans, carrot, cauliflower , Green peas and potato for a whistle with enough water
  2. In a mixie add mint leaves , coriander leaves, palak ,green chilli and garlic , little water and make it to a fine paste
  3. In a kadai add butter , jeera and once it splutters add onion and capsicum ,fry for two minutes.
  4. Then add ground paste, coriander powder ,salt and garam masala and fry until butter leaves sides.
  5. Add the cooked veggies along with water and boil for about 5 minutes until they blend together .
  6. Add milk and boil for 2 more minutes then switch off the flame
