Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl All purpose flour (maida)
  2. 2 tbsp Moen
  3. 1 bowl Leftover chowmein
  4. Oil for deep fry
  5. Salt (according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Put maida, salt and Moen in a utensil and mix.
  2. Put water and make a dough. Cover for 5 minutes.
  3. Make small balls and roll it in oval shape using a rolling pin. Cut the ovals from the center.
  4. Give the shape of samosa to the halves of oval and fill Chowmein and close from bottom.
  5. Now deep fry the samosas. After frying, serve with chutney or ketchup.
