ABOUT Green chowmein RECIPE

A different style of noodles, cooked in a paste loaded with greens.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2pkt - chowmein
  2. 4tbsp - oil
  3. 1 - Onion chopped
  4. 5 - cloves garlic chopped
  5. 1/2 - cabbage
  6. 1 - carrot
  7. 1 - banch of coriander leaves paste
  8. 2 - Green chilli paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 Egg
  11. 1 - tomato

Instructions

  1. Boil water add chowmein add little and cook till soft and give shock treatment with cold water
  2. Heat oil add onion chopped and garlic chopped and fry Add cabbage and carrot and mix
  3. Add boiled chowmein and salt , stir well. Add coriander paste and green chill paste mix well
  4. Serve hot with sliced boiled eggs and sauteed cabbage carrot , sliced tomatoes on the side.
