  1. 1PACKET cheese cracker biscuit
  2. 4large potatoes boiled n mashed
  3. 1TABLE spoon oil
  4. 1/2tea spoon jeera
  5. 1/2tea spoon turmeric powder
  6. 1tea spoon GARAM masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Refined oil for fry samose
  9. Handful coriander leaves
  10. 2GREEN chilli chopped
  11. 1tea spoon red chilli powder
  12. 6table spoon dry maida making batter

Instructions

  1. Sabse pahle Aaloon ko chil ker mash kar lenge.
  2. Ab ek pan hot Kare usme oil dale
  3. Oil hot hone pe jeera n green chilli add Kare
  4. Than mashed potatoes add kare
  5. Ab 2min bhune
  6. Ab isme garam masala Haldi salt n Hari dhaniya add kar k mix kare.
  7. 2min aur bhune n Ab Ye ready h
  8. Ab ise thanda hone de.
  9. Ek bowl le usme dry maida n water add kar k batter ready kare
  10. Ab ek biscuit le usper potato mixer spread kare Ab 2nd biscuit se cover Kare
  11. Aise hi all biscuits ready kar le
  12. Ab ek kadahi me oil hot Kare
  13. Ab ek biscuit Samose ko maide k batter ne dip Kare n oil me deep fry Kare.
  14. Aise hi sabhi samose ready kar le.
  15. Aur enjoy kare garmagarm biscuits samose ka.
  16. Aap ise sauce ya chutney K sath serve Kare.
