This is a very healthy dish, made with ragi, very famous in Rayalseema.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raggi flour 1 cup
  2. Rice 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice for 15min in fresh water
  2. In pressure cooker, add cup of rice, water and salt. cook in pressure cooker till 4 whistles
  3. Later check whether rice is soft like paste or not Take a cup of water and raggi flour in a bowl, stir them well without any lumps
  4. Add raggi mixture to the rice and mix it well
  5. Simmer it for 5-10min at low flame, later off the flame
  6. Serve the recipe in a plate healthy food
