Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Raagi flour 2 cups
  2. Gud/ Jaggery 150 gms
  3. Ghee 5 tbsp
  4. Dry coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Channa seeds 1/4 cup (optional)
  6. Elaichi/ Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Water 1 cup
  8. Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds 2 tsp
  9. Til/ Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast the raagi flour on a low flame and keep stirring it. Once it develops a nice aroma, add in 4 tbsp of ghee. Roast it till it comes together. Then turn off the flame and keep it aside.
  2. In another pan, combine both the water and gud together to make a jaggery syrup.
  3. Roast the till/ sesame seeds and keep it aside. Also grind the channa seeds for 30 seconds.
  4. Take a bowl, add in all the ingredients one by one and mix it slowly with your hands. Add the cashews, pistachios, almonds, ghee and elaichi powder. Make laddu shapes from this mixture.
  5. Serve these delicious treats.
