Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Grated radish/mooli - 1 cup
  3. Chopped green chilly - 1
  4. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  5. Curd - 2 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  8. Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate the mooli/radish.
  2. Add chopped green chilly,coriander leaves and mix well. Squ
  3. Squeeze the excess water from the radish/mooli.
  4. In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour,curd,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and mooli mixture and mix well.
  5. Make a soft dough.
  6. Divide the dough into balls.
  7. Flatten the ball to make a thick round paratha.
  8. Grease the pan with clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
  9. Make the paratha with clarified butter and serve.
