Double decker parantha with stuffing of Mooli

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dough(wheat)
  2. 1 Raddish(mooli)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  6. Chat masala 1 tsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. ghee

Instructions

  1. Grate mooli and squeez out extra water
  2. add salt red chilli powder ajwain and chat masala chopped coriander leaves and mix it
  3. now take a dough roll it down it small chapatti spread little ghee
  4. now spread mooli mixture
  5. now cover it with another small chappati and press properly from the corners
  6. now put it on tawa and cook it from both the sides
  7. spread ghee and cook from both sides and serve with butter and curd

Mooli parathas is my favourite. Adding chat masala is interesting, will try your way of making them next time.
