Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 liter milk
  2. 200 grams grated paneer
  3. 200 grams grated khoa
  4. 1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
  5. 1 teaspoon cardemom powder
  6. 1/4 cup chopped pista
  7. 1 teaspoon warm milk
  8. 1 teaspoon ghee or butter for brushing
  9. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a deep pan add milk and let it to boil
  2. When milk become half add panter & khoya and mix well
  3. Make sure the flame is low to medium
  4. Milk becomes dry add sugar & cardemom powder
  5. When all moister absorbed switch off the flame
  6. Take a cake mould or trey, brush little ghee or butter
  7. In the pan, devide the kalakand mix into 2 parts
  8. Take one portion in cake mould and spread all over
  9. In a small bowl take 1 teaspoon warm water and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, mix well
  10. Add cocoa mixture into half portion of kalakand in the pan
  11. Mix both properly
  12. Now chocolate kalakand place in the cake mould top on the white kalakand and spread all over
  13. Sprinkle chopped pista and light press with spoon
  14. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  15. After a hour take out from freeze
  16. Cut into peaces and serve in a plate
