Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless chicken - 1 cup
  2. Ginger- small piece
  3. Garlic- 5 pods
  4. onion- 1 big
  5. Small onion 2
  6. Tomato- 1
  7. Corrot thinly sliced- 1/2 cup
  8. Capsicum thinly sliced - 1/2 cup
  9. Kashmiri chilly- 4
  10. Soya sauce- 2 tablespoon
  11. Tomato sauce- 2 tablespoon
  12. spring onion for garnishing
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind kasmiri chilli , ginger garlic , small onions together in a blender .
  2. Fry big onion and tomato in oil in a pan and later add the grinded mixture in to it
  3. Add salt
  4. After which add boneless chicken along with it and boil till 20 min by adding little water
  5. After the chicken had been cooked sufficiently add soya sauce and tomato sauce .
  6. Decorate with spring onion , carrot and capsicum. Ready to serve .
