This is a famous Kashmiri chicken dish . It's very popular in Kashmiri restaurant .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For marination
  2. 300 grms boneless chicken breast
  3. 1 tea spoon garlic paste
  4. 1 tea spoon kashmiri red chilly powder
  5. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 table spoon kasori methi
  8. 1 tea spoon meat masala
  9. 1/4 cup curd
  10. 1 table spoon cornflour
  11. 1 drop of red food colour
  12. Salt to taste
  13. For salad
  14. 1 big onion
  15. 1 big tomato
  16. 1 small capsicum ( optional )
  17. 1 table spoon vinegar
  18. 1 drop red food colour
  19. 1 tea spoon kasori methi
  20. Salt to taste
  21. 1 tea spoon white sesame seeds
  22. Oil to dip fry

Instructions

  1. Take the boneless chicken pieces in a bowl and keep all the ingredients for marination ready
  2. Put all the marination ingredients in the bowl and mix it very well and keep aside for one hour
  3. Now cut the onions , tomato ( without seeds ) and capsicum in half round shape
  4. In a bowl mix all the salad ingredients and keep aside for some time
  5. Put enough oil in a kadai to fry the chicken pieces and let it get it real hot and fry the chicken pieces in batches
  6. Remove the chicken pieces on an absorbent tissue
  7. Just keep 1 table spoon of oil in kadai and remove the rest
  8. Now in kadai add the salad and sau`te for some time
  9. Add the fried chicken and sau`te for some time
  10. Remove it in the serving plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it and it's ready to serve
