It's a basic vanilla sponge cupcakes cake made with all purpose flour, butter egg, sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 115 grams
  2. Sugar 115 grams
  3. Butter 115 grams
  4. Egg 2
  5. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Vanilla essence few drops
  7. Paper cups
  8. Milk 2teaspoon (if required)

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour and baking powder twice.
  2. Cream butter and sugar well with essence.
  3. Beat eggs very light and frothy.
  4. Add beaten egg to the cream little after little, and continue creaming.
  5. Fold in flour. Add milk if required and fold the mixture into a dropping consistency.
  6. Fill in the paper cups(half the cups) and bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes..
