ABOUT Fish Stew RECIPE

My daughter had lacto allergy upto her 2 years of age,so she did not eat any milk based product.To fulfill her protein requirment,I started giving her fish,egg,chicken when she was 6 months.If you want you can start from 1 year age of your kid.I also used to have this when I was pregnent.It is also perfect for aged person as it is less spicy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish Fillets-250 grams (cut into cubed pieces)
  2. Butter-1 teaspoons
  3. Chopped garlic-1 teaspoon
  4. Onion-1cut into cubes
  5. French beans-5 (cut into small pieces)
  6. Capsicum-1cut into small cubed pieces
  7. Carrot-1(cut into small pieces)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. White pepper powder-1 teaspoon
  10. Milk-1/4 cup
  11. Water-1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish with 1/2teaspoon white pepper powder and salt
  2. Heat butter in a pan..add fish pieces and shallow fry both sides,remove from heat and keep aside
  3. Add chopped garlic,all vegetables in the remaining butter in the pan
  4. Stir the vegetables on medium flame,add salt,1/2teaspoon white pepper powder,cover with lid..coon on low flame for 5 minutes
  5. Mix milk and water,pour this onto the vegetables
  6. Bring it to boil,let bring it to boil,when it will start boiling,simmer the gas,add fish pieces and mix
  7. Cover with lid,cook until fish pieces and vegetables are done
