ABOUT Lemony Fish And Vegetable Stew - Zero Oil RECIPE

A very comforting wholesome stew of fish and vegetables with fresh lemon juice. I love this to have with piping hot steamed rice. You can even sip it like a soup. A heart warming, healthy dish and so this is a real comfort dish for me.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 300 gms Fish
  2. ¼ Cup Peas
  3. 1/4 cup Brocolli florets
  4. 1 large Potato cubed
  5. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic grated 
  6. 1 large Tomato chopped 
  7. 2 Green Chilly chopped 
  8. 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tsp Crushed peppercorns 
  10. Few Coriander leaves chopped 
  11. Few green spring onion chopped
  12. Salt to taste 
  13. Water as required 

Instructions

  1. In a pot add the fish, grated ginger garlic, green chilly, tomato, potato cubes, salt and water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-15 mins.
  3. Add the green peas, Brocolli florets and cooked another 5 mins.
  4. Add the crushed peppercorns, lemon juice, coriander leaves, spring onion, cook for a min and take off the heat.
