It's a unique dish,most liked by rajasthani people,good to have in winters,it's spicy flavour give the best when combined with Amchur powder,a single word-can say it's a mouth drooling dish (recipe for elders).

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil 1 karchi
  2. Hing a pinch
  3. Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chillie powder 1/2teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder 1/2teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2teaspoon
  9. Amchur powder 1/2teaspoon
  10. Ginger grated ek tukra
  11. Bhavnagri mirchi 1
  12. Mooli 2 big and thick (do not squeeze mooli)
  13. Green chillies 2-3 chopped
  14. Coriander leaves finely chopped(some leaves will put inside and rest for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Ingredients used
  2. Take kadai add oil
  3. Add hing
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Mix well, it will splutter
  6. On the other side take a plate, grate raddish(mooli)
  7. Grate ginger same time
  8. Cut green chillies also in the same plate
  9. Now take bhavnagri mirchi
  10. Cut this also in the same plate
  11. Keep aside
  12. Now put this grated mixture in the kadai
  13. Mix well,keep on sim flame
  14. When it gets half cooked then add dry spices along with salt, except amchur powder
  15. Again mix well
  16. Add some water
  17. Cover it with lid/thaal for few minutes,till water gets dried and the dish is cooked
  18. Open and check, now add amchur powder to it, mix well
  19. Add chopped coriander leaves this time and mix well
  20. Take out in a serving dish and serve hot
