Oil 1 karchi
Hing a pinch
Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red chillie powder 1/2teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/2teaspoon
Amchur powder 1/2teaspoon
Ginger grated ek tukra
Bhavnagri mirchi 1
Mooli 2 big and thick (do not squeeze mooli)
Green chillies 2-3 chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped(some leaves will put inside and rest for garnishing)

Ingredients used
Take kadai add oil
Add hing
Add cumin seeds
Mix well, it will splutter
On the other side take a plate, grate raddish(mooli)
Grate ginger same time
Cut green chillies also in the same plate
Now take bhavnagri mirchi
Cut this also in the same plate
Keep aside
Now put this grated mixture in the kadai
Mix well,keep on sim flame
When it gets half cooked then add dry spices along with salt, except amchur powder
Again mix well
Add some water
Cover it with lid/thaal for few minutes,till water gets dried and the dish is cooked
Open and check, now add amchur powder to it, mix well
Add chopped coriander leaves this time and mix well
Take out in a serving dish and serve hot
