Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mooli 1 bunch, chopped
  2. Dhuli urad daal 2 tsp
  3. Tomato 1, chopped
  4. Onion 1, chopped
  5. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 11/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Gramflour 1 tbsp
  11. coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  13. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds. Add urad dal and saute until golden brown
  2. Add chopped onion and saute it for 4-5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappears
  3. Add chopped mooli and cook for 4-5 minutes
  4. Add spices and salt. Mix well
  5. Add chopped tomato and cook until tender
  6. Roast gram flour in a separate small pan and add roasted flour with little water to mooli sabzi and cook for 4-5 minutes until done
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
