Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chopped spinach 100 gm
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Sour curd 1 cup
  4. Water 4 cups
  5. Hing 1 pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. methi seeds 1/4 tsp
  11. Hing 1 pinch
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Mustard oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add besan and curd in a bowl
  2. Add 4 cups water and whisk well
  3. Add turmeric and red chili powder
  4. Whisk well until lump free
  5. Heat mustard oil in kadai
  6. Splutter cumin and mustard seeds. Add hing
  7. Add methi seeds and saute for a minute
  8. Add whisked curd mixture and mix well
  9. Bring kadhi to boil over medium heat while constantly stirring
  10. Add chopped spinach , mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  11. Kadhi is ready to be served with chapati
